I would miss doing stockings on Christmas morning, but if it doesn't bother you it's a great idea!

We have a minor switch up from last year. We ALWAYS went to midnight mass. It was a thing - and we never wanted to deviate from the tradition. Last year out of nowhere I asked what everyone would think about going to early mass and then having dinner after and everyone was willing to try. It was so great and we were so much more relaxed, less rushed after dinner so we're doing it again this year!

Well, I'm Scandinavian, my husband is eastern European and we live in England so it's safe to say all our holidays are a mish mash of traditions! It works out well because we can pick all the best traditions

Haha.... I would miss my stocking on Christmas morning!

There are some traditions though I wouldn't mind changing.

My husband and I have been talking about Christmas stockings. We usually fill them for each other for Christmas morning. We were talking recently and saying how awesome it would be if we could do stockings a week after Christmas so you could get a bunch of good stuff on sale to fill them with at the after Christmas sales!

It would give us something to do New Years Day morning.

I should mention this came up because I told him I need shampoo and was hoping it would be on sale at Ulta after Christmas.
