I can't remember where it came from but he eats nothing but fruits for several days and that helps him to kick start more healthy eating choices. He bought a juicer, did all this crazy research, spent a fortune on fruits & veggies.......and lasted one meal. LOL I tease him about it all the time. But seriously, the shakes were disgusting (and I love fruits & veggies!) and it was so restricting. Most of the juices (mine with through a local place called Peeled) were tough to ingest, and I never saw any real results/difference after 2 days. I gave up before day 3.
