For me personally, I hate them. They're good for saving money, but they wreck havoc on me emotionally, because I get so stressed about not being able to spend money, even if we needed it. So we try to be moderate when we have money so that we don't have to induce that kind of stress on ourselves during the times of year that are a little less flush with cash. We don't have a lot of "extra money" anyway- so we simply try to save what we can and only spend the minimal amount for our monthly bills.
