He threatened me out the wazoo, sent me a letter from his lawyer, and ebay really couldn't do anything. I on principle think it's insane you can't leave feedback that is your actual opinion and not be protected (somehow?) by ebay. So knowing that I don't trust feedback and don't take my money to that site any longer!</p> <p>I was just honest that the seller was a bit of a creep (I didn't say that directly, lol) and made me feel uncomfortable when we arranged to meet to get concert tickets. He sent me a tracking number and according to the info on USPS, it was delivered on Saturday but I never received it. I was actually outside and I talked to the mail delivery person that day..so it wasn't stolen off my porch. Maybe it was delivered to the wrong address?</p> <p>Is there any chance that I can get refunded if the package never shows up? Or am I outta luck? </p>
