I don't have the willpower, I am weak... although I at m to the nurse first prenatal appt today, I was so sad to talk about giving up coffee (until 12 weeks), sushi and medium rare steak!! </p> <p>Back in 2011, DH have up alcohol for an entire year! There was no particular reason, he just wanted to see if he could do it... It was hard, but doable.
