I didn't think I was that much of a caffeine drinker either, but it was enough to make quitting cold turkey pretty crappy. Part of the reason it made it so hard to give up the daily coffee habit. I stopped drinking coffee bc my doctor strongly advised me to bc I'm high risk for osteoporosis (my mom had early onset osteoporosis and is doing injections to prevent it from getting worse)...I'd rather give up coffee now than do injections later. I do drink occasionally (like a few times a month). I have had a headache for two straight days! I miss caffeine.
