Start organizing everything into piles, then use stickers or tags for pricing. Be willing to haggle on these and if you aren't, make a note on the price tag about that. 'Bottom Line' or 'No Haggle'. Maybe make a list of the items you're selling to keep up with them and as a place to jot down how much you sold them for. I concur with @CottonCandy, start the yard sale early. A lot of people start around six or seven in the morning going to these things! Bizarre but true. Keep big ticket items close to your base of operations and never lose sight of your money tin/pouch/ what have you.
