I def would go! Being Chinese, I actually was always interested in going to a Chinese doctor and doing acupuncture. I guess I haven't had any conditions that really need it. I'm considering seeing a Chinese doctor though to see how I can better improve my health and condition my body to have a healthy pregnancy!

Cured my migraines for over a year- I'm a believer! I'd like to go back for a few sessions since I've been getting headaches here and there but I haven't had time. I love it.

And for people who are afraid of it, the needles really don't hurt. Once they are in and working you might feel some tingling at the point but that's them working! But it doesn't feel like being stuck.

I used it to wean myself off a steroid inhaler following a viral lung infection and to regulate digestion. I am a believer.

I did twice. Once for my tinnitus - I don't think it helped there. And then again in preparation for birth. It was supposed to help soften the cervix. I do believe it helped since it only took 6h from first contraction to baby being here.

I did twice. Once at 38 weeks pregnant then again at 39. Baby came at 39+5. I think it helped!

Yup, love it! Went for my infertility but is now used for any aches and pains. I don't think I could stop going.

Love it! Totally cured my neck pain from a horseback riding injury--and I was a skeptic before that and only tried it because nothing else had helped after 12 weeks of whiplash pain and very limited range of motion.

Then I used it prior to TTC and for the two cycles it took us to get our BFP! Like you, it didn't help much at all with my severe morning sickness--only lessened the nausea during the session itself but nausea was otherwise unaffected by the acupuncture.

It has an amazing track record with pain management, so I will continue to go in the future for any pain issues--which thankfully I don't have right now, but I kind of miss my acupuncturist. :)

I have had it for a variety of reasons and it helped in all but one case but I think it was because as few points were stimulated that I later learned should have been avoided. Helped with my chronic back pain, interstitial cystitis, migraines, allergies, complications from my Crohn's, recovering from fibroid surgery. The list goes on and on. I'd like to go back for my newest medical issues (POTS) and will for sure go when we start IVF.

I have had it for my carpal tunnel and knee issues. It was great and I also love love love cupping. I honestly don't know if it *actually* works or if it's the placebo effect, but that doesn't matter to me if I felt better after.

Yup, just went two days ago. I've used it for stress, pain, improving sleep, fertility and to help me beat sugar cravings!

@T-Mom: that sucks you have to pay out of pocket, our insurance covers it with a $20 co pay.

I love it.. It helped my knee that was badly twisted in a ski wipeout. I was still in pain six months after the incident, but it went away after a few sessions. I just wish it weren't so pricey. I need to go back for stress and circulation, I think.

Love acupuncture! Became a believer when I had a raging fever when I was a kid, but one round of acupuncture cured it. It's my first line of defense for most anything. It's helped me with pregnancy nausea, back pains, colds, rashes. I love it! It's relaxing too and I always fall asleep under the heatlamp they put over you.

Loved it - I had a few sessions for infertility (I didn't get pregnant at that time but it was relaxing for sure) and twice to flip my breech baby (again no success).

I loooove acupuncture. It cured my migraines when nothing else worked. It helped with my back pain. Alas it didn't do too much for my morning sickness. I've seen it cure many things when western medicine failed and I became a believer! I always feel so good after a session.

Have you had it? Would you consider it?
