I strongly disagree with the "white bread only" edict on the video. Fried multigrain bread with a few seeds on top is where it's at! Also, the best thing is when you (naturally) use more cheese than they did on the outsides and let it ooze out a little so you get the crusty cheeses hanging off of your sandwich. Oh my gosh. SO GOOD. Inside out grilled cheese = cheese melted on the outside of the bread, as well as on the inside. But the outside cheese gets all crunchy and delicious from the buttery pan. Mmmm.
