The monitor screen stopped charging all of a sudden. I'm not that impressed with the process or the time it takes to get a replacement. We had to pay to ship the old one back to them, and they couldn't send us a new one until they received the broken one. I've opened a claim with Uppababy to get it replaced!</p> <p>We haven't had any other issues with our big gear purchases, but definitely have most of the big ticket items registered for recalls, etc. </p>
