<description>&#60;p&#62;I'm in the middle of getting our monitor replaced by V Tech. The monitor screen stopped charging all of a sudden. I'm not that impressed with the process or the time it takes to get a replacement. We had to pay to ship the old one back to them, and they couldn't send us a new one until they received the broken one. They also didn't have a way for me to pay for rush shipping on the replacement.

&#60;p&#62;We haven't had any other issues with our big gear purchases, but definitely have most of the big ticket items registered for recalls, etc.
