We did this on our last business/pleasure trip where we took E and it was awesome. Licensed, bonded, insured through a service. She was an ECE who makes a little extra cash doing this at night. She brought toys and E was a dream for her. Granted, I selected people to interview who were older, college educated, experienced, and had well written cover letters and good references/reviews. I think a FaceTime, Skype, and or in person interview in advance would help a lot.
