Every once and a while, the same truck would be parked in mine. It wasn't *that* big of a deal, because there were a few un-assigned spots so I'd park there instead. But there was one morning that I was in a bad mood and wrote a nasty note and left it on the windshield. At the end of the day the car was still there with the note on the windshield...I thought better of it and took it back. The car visibly shook so there's no way she didn't know. The car in front of her had a scratch on the bumper. When she got out she did not even bother checking! She just went on her way. It pissed me off so I went inside the building and asked for a pen and paper. When I was @35 weeks pregnant with DS1, I went to a bookstore. When I got back to my car, a big work truck was parked so horribly and crooked in their space that I couldn't open my drivers door wide enough to get my big belly in my car. I waited for a bit and contemplated paging the guy in the store. I was so pissed off and just wanted to go home that I wrote a nasty note and left it on his windshield. . Turns out it was a professor's car (not mine) but he called to say he wouldn't be collecting it via my insurance and that he would take care of it. We parked as close to the curb as possible, like usual, so if someone parked next to us, they weren't on top of us.
