I have flat Eustachian tubes in my ears, so I get ear infections like a child would. His suggestions have made a huge difference! Turns out I have acute sinusitis so the inside of my nose swells all the time causing sinus pain. I took prednisone for sinus inflammation and it helped but now the horrible sinus pressure is back.
