They get his order wrong or send out undercooked and cold food. I've never been afraid they'd do something to my food or something, it's not like I am mean about it. I used to send things back that didn't taste good or the order was wrong, but I stopped after too many people told me they don't trust the kitchen staff. Now I take a looong time to order. I ask what's the most popular dish, what the server likes, we discuss how its prepared, and we play the game if-you-like-this-then-you-will-like-that.
