Luckily, It was a 3 hour time window for the final, and I woke up only 1 hour into the final. I threw some clothes on and was out the door within about 30 seconds and got to the final with 1 1/2 hours left.</p> <p>Luckily for me, I've always been a fast test-taker, so I finished quickly and turned it in. I felt like I totally nailed it, beause I knew every question (short answer questions for a literature class on everything we'd read that semester).</p> <p>The professor wrote at the top of the exam, "This test was designed to take 2-3 hours and you finished it in only 41 minutes--88" with no explanation of where I missed the 12 points.</p> <p>I was SO angry, but figured he was just peeved that I didn't need longer on his precious exam. Something happened, either he turned off my alarm or set it wrong... I still don't know... But I woke up 2 hrs after I was supposed to be there already on my first day!!! I woke my husband up in a panic and he drove me to the university so we could take the HOV lane. I think I took 5 minutes to throw on some clothes and brush my teeth before we left. I got to school twenty minutes late and my professor let me take the exam. Fortunately it was easy and I finished before time was up.
