It's rare, but it's happened. When I had mono I had to or I wouldn't have been able to work. Especially last pregnancy in first tri. I'd find an empty conference room or in desperation straight up lay on the couch in our reception area and nap for 20 mins or so. I had a really relaxed office though so no one ever cared.
