We used NJ because at the time it was the only one without a true hologram, it had a fake one you could replicate with a specific type of paint. We even bought a laminating machine. lol I never made anybody else's, just my own! I would scan the license, photoshop the date and color (in NY, the upper right corner used to be a different shade of blue for over/under 21) print them. Then we'd take our old lerner's permit or get a new copy of our license, sand off the top, and glue the new paper on top. It passed everywhere, especially if you left the license in your wallet. Don't tell the police, but I took my older friends info (SS card, credit cards, etc.) to the DMV and said I lost my license. I paid the lost license fee and had a authentic form of ID with my photo and her over 21 info. This was before everything was on the computer so they didn't have a record of what she looked like. It was of a 26 yr old Asian girl. She got this for me even before we met; she just knew I had an Asian last name so she saved it for me, haha! I was the "baby" of all the interns so we got me a fake ID. It worked fine all over Dallas, but Austin's 6th street denied it. They see plenty of IDs to know the difference. I had one with my photo and name but fake contact info. It was what I thought a decent fake too, until I got too bold and got it taken away by a bouncer. I knew better than to go into that bar! My group of friends started going to bars freshman year of college, there was no real "house party" culture where I went to school.
