It was fun and worked out well ! One of my sisters is also a teacher and we teach in the same district. One year we team taught together a Kindergarten class. It was SO MUCH FUN. I've worked with my dad at his place of work (he doesn't own it) for a summer but I was in the computer side of things and he was manual labor. Much preferred my position ;) my mom works for herself as a hair stylist so nothing I can do for her. If I lived in my brothers state I could work for him, he owns a large company there. I think I would like running a company with my family though, if ever given the chance. I work for my dad with my husband, brother, sister, brother in law and our cousin's husband. It was nice. I was the only "employee" so it was often nice quiet time with my dad. I've also worked with my brother in the past! I guess I don't have a problem with working with family haha! It can be hard at times, but there's a lot of positives as well. I usually try to limit my involvement though to where I set up the online side of things, and then transition things to someone that we hire. Knowing that my involvement won't last forever helps me make it through any conflicts that come up along the way... Have you ever worked with your family?
