SO uncomfortable! @mfa_lady: OMG, I can't imagine going out in the winter. We once went in June in the Cascades and I vowed never to do it again because it was so cold. The guides encouraged people to throw buckets of water on eachother (which is great in the late summer) It was so cold I just seized up. The water got so cold after awhile especially if I was teaching for 3h non-stop...
