We just saw them, but by then, it will have been awhile. Once we get around to going to the jewelry store, I want two birthstone bands: mine and LO's (also DH's).</p> <p>For Father's Day, I plan on making two shirts for my guys. I like to avoid going out for brunch on these holidays so maybe I will plan a picnic or a morning out at one of the local nature preserves. @swurlygurl: I love the idea of a digital photo frame for your desk! I totally need one of these.<br /> I think for Father's Day I will make him all of his favorite meals and generally let him do whatever he wants without obligations :) As a gift I will probably purchase him a gift certificate to our friend's tattoo parlor. Except he never, ever wears ties. I can count on one hand the number of times he's worn a tie in the past 6.5 years, and one of them was on our wedding day. So he is now requesting a Hawaiian shirt instead--he wears one to work every Friday. For almost a year he's been trying to start a Hawaiian Shirt Friday trend at work--but so far I think it's still only him :) He looks cute in them, though. </p> <p>So I'll get him one of those but I'll probably make it from E. They do one every year for a Mother's Day Brunch. So this year I asked for that for Mother's Day since it's $35/head.</p> <p>For Father's Day, baby &amp; I are surprising daddy with a 2 hour lunch cruise. Then I'll probably make him a flip book with instagram photos and a DIY D A D frame. </p> <p>Anyone else planning ahead for Mother's/Father's Day yet? </p>
