She started at 6 hours for $20/hr. I gave her extra work a year later so now she does 7 hours. We have given her 2 year end bonuses with the last being bigger than the first. I also drive her to her next job every week since she doesn't drive so that saves her taxi money. Should I also give her a raise at some point? She has never asked but it is only fair, right? Do you give your cleaners raises? Have they asked? </p>
