As a nursing pillow it sucks- too small and squishy. But I have the Brest friend which isn't good for propping the baby up in like the boppy is, so I use it for that. So for me it was worth the $10 in shipping as a baby propper. I have yet to try them out; however, the carseat canopy seems to be quality - it is lined in minky fabric. I compared the nursing cover to my Hooter Hiders brand nursing cover and it seems comparable. As for the nursing pillow, it is significantly smaller than a Boppy but larger than a travel neck pillow.
