Even though it popped my incision I had no major damage. My doctor checked the area. It had a little bit of seepage (sorry I know that's gross) but noting major. It was healed enough to not be an issue. They were two years apart. I had very different experiences. My first was twins and I was delivered because of high blood pressure. I ended up just going in after a dr appt do I didn't have time to get much ready. During the surgery my blood pressure took a big dive and all the mess they had to give me made me a bit out of it. I had to be put in recovery for four hours before I saw my boys. I didn't really mind since I was pretty much asleep. My second was a scheduled one and went smoothly. No blood pressure drops do no extra meds. I was reunited after about 20 minutes. They just stitched me up and took me to my room</p> <p>Recovery was about the same. My mom said I healed really fast but it seemed normal to me. When you have older children to care for I think it makes you have to stay active and helps recovery. I did pop my incision the first time around because my niece jumped on my belly. The second one was scheduled so I was prepared for it and much more relaxed because I knew what was coming. Recovery wise, I needed less pain medication with the second one, but it seemed to take a little longer to recover the second time around. I'm having my hair, nails and toes done, and an eyebrow wax, LOL. </p> <p>I will be 15 months and 20 days from my previous C-section. </p> <p>I'll let you know how the second one goes. It is my mom's mandate (from me to her) that I get up and walk this time. No matter how much I whine, she's going to make me walk.
