We used their design service - we uploaded our photos to their website and one of their professional designers created the design and sent us proofs by email. As far as I remember, they also offer an option whereby you can create your own album design. The quality of our album was fantastic. I made an album on shutterfly myself of the highlights and the best pictures about a year after the wedding.</p> <p>I've been wanting to get another one with all the good pictures in it because the one I made turned out pretty thin but it'll cost a lot of $$ and I hate designing these photo books. I'm no good at it. I can't believe I spent all that money and didn't get the photo pages. I put it in the closet and have never looked all the way through it. And printed them both twice....as gifts for our parents, with the intention of printing again with lay-flat pages and a leather cover when we got more $$. A year later, and we still haven't printed OUR copy.
