I think DH sniff/tasted it to see if I had high lipase after defrosting a frozen bag. He was not fazed in the least. When I had terrible engorgement at the beginning and later an awful clogged duct, my mom mentioned that in Korea they had husbands suck it out. I was concerned about high lipase in my milk (baby refused bottle unless it was pumped fresh). I had to continually taste it over a period of time to see how long my milk "lasted" before it turned gross (for me--5 hours). So I probably took 6-7 sips. I also made my husband taste fresh expressed and once it had gone "bad."
