<description>&#60;p&#62;Yes, it could be a problem. My SIL has lost stones several times. My FIL is a jeweler and DH didn't want stones all around the band for that exact reason. He said he saw his dad fix too many.

<description>&#60;p&#62;I don't have an eternity band but I do have diamonds in my e-ring band and had it sized down with no problems.  I just took it back to the jewelers DH got it from.  That was almost 5 years ago and all the stones are still there.
