And I actually did return a face cream to Target once because it gave me a rash! That's only happened once or twice. I think at a drugstore I would just eat the cost because it isn't much (usually) unless the makeup was full of mold or was damaged in some way. I think a lot of drugstore makeup is so affordable that I would feel kind of demanding if I complained and returned it?
