It helped, but it was really expensive and I was supposed to take it 4x a day. I didn't want to pay $120/month and could never remember to take it that frequently, so I couldn't tell you if it worked that great. I actually didn't have supply issues - I was prescribed it for its original purpose, which is for GI stuff (I had reflux). It increased my supply even more. No side effects except it apparently makes your bowels speed up a bit. Having researched it I find it appalling that domperidone is not legal or whatever in the U.S., but apparently you can get it through a compounding pharmacy.
