I never read the words so always assumed it was for families... Now that I'm pregnant again it's no big deal but I totally used it before just cause of the stroller. Our parking spots are freaking tiny. I can walk fine but a few days I got stuck not being able to get into my car after work because someone was parked too close on both sides. Totally unnecessary until late in pregnancy IMO, and I held off until I started having hip problems at 6 1/2 months, which was in the dead of the winter. The closer parking was a godsend! Now I continue to use it with my LO, who's 6 weeks old.
