The first year I was eligible to vote was in 2004, but I had just moved to a new state and didn't register in time. In 2008, I had just gotten married a week before and with all the craziness of wedding planning and leaving for our 2-week honeymoon immediately, returning the ballot fell to the wayside :T </p>
