The one thing that hasn't changed though, is that when he's tired he gets more whiny. How old is your baby? At first, I had to rely on yawns when she was really little... then when she got a little older and had more control of her hands, she started rubbing her eyes when she got tired. My daughter hates to nap though, so she hides her sleepy cues like crazy.
