yes it has changed, lot more fruit and vegetables, regular dinner times, and no more eating in front of the tv. i drink a lot more coffee though than before.

Yea, right now for the worse. We don't eat terribly by any means, but I used to spend an hour or so cooking every night and now the focus is much more on speed and I'm sure that I'll need to get dinner on the table even faster when she gets older and actually eats with us! So I find that a couple nights a week we end up doing some sort of assortment of frozen foods which we never did before.

We don't eat differently in terms of quality of food/diet, but we go about food prep in very different ways. Before LO, my husband and I would spend like 2 hours easily prepping, cooking and eating dinner - each night! We caught up on our days, read books aloud to each other (some 50+ novels this way) and had so.much.fun! Ah, not so much now :silly:

@Bao: I drink more :silly: we eat less things with dairy because E can't eat it. We already ate gluten free because I can't eat it.

Since having kids, have your eating habits changed at all? I actually find we are eating MUCH better since our kids eat what we eat. We used to eat like such crap before the girls were born. Don't get me wrong, we don't eat the best but definitely ten steps up from what we were eating a few years ago. I noticed how much better they eat if they see us eating a healthy variety. Of course they see my sneak candy sometimes and also want some, which I usually end up sharing :silly:
