Santa tells all the kids a story and they get to sit on his lap and every kid gets a cupcake. I have told my DS that Santa only comes when you are asleep so if I stick to that plan he will wonder why he is there when he is awake. He's 16 now and still talks about it fondly. </p> <p>I like the magic of not seeing him. The problem is that the kids know my friend very well, so maybe they'll figure it out? Or maybe they'll just be swept away by the magic of the moment... what do you guys think? </p>
