At my MIL's birthday, DS stood outside the door for half an hour and would not come in... she had to walk him around the hall for a while instead of greeting the guests. Then DD puked all over everything I was wearing, twice. Then DS warmed up a bit, started playing, face planted into the fridge and gave himself a bloody nose. At some point, while two girls were singing (but they were nervous, so they were singing super quietly and the room was dead silent), my LO patted my boobs and shouted, "Boobs!
