So you were also supposed to bring it to your weekly appointments. I forgot one week and apologized profusely and they were like, "Don't worry about it! But I called her last week begging for Zofran, which was a no-go since she hasn't seen me in person yet (boo to that! Last pregnancy my doctor did it for me) but they offered to squeeze me in last Friday just to confirm the pregnancy and get me a prescription. I couldn't do it because I had no one to watch L.</p> <p>Now my appointment is finally tomorrow...and I've lost my paperwork! They sent me a very long set of questions in the mail, I filled the whole thing out, and it's just disappeared on me! So I guess I'll be calling in the morning to see if I can just come in early and fill out another one. Really, I don't know what these people are thinking giving people with pregnancy brain paperwork and telling us not to lose it for like an entire month :silly: </p>
