I lost 30 pounds in 3 months. I've held steady without too much work through the summer while training for some running races, including two half marathons! I've lost another 20 pounds, much slower so I can keep up with my running. I had to buy new clothes. Good thing I saved the receipts for some pants I bought recently because I got size 8 and I need to exchange for size 6!!! </p> <p>I'm 5'10" and have a large frame. I've always been heavier except my last year of HS and first year of college when I had some really disordered eating habits. This time I've done it the healthy way. A year ago I was a size 14/XL. Now im a 6/Med. Feels really good. It's been a long journey. </p>
