Sorry about all the rough nights! M was fine but I'm 30 weeks pg and don't sleep well at all. Had to go down to the den at 1am and sleep on the couch. May have fallen asleep after 2 then was up again around 5. This is my new normal

@macintosh: I'm sorry you had a rough night.

I've been dreading nighttime lately. LO2 wakes up several times per night screaming even though he's in bed with me. He's up for the day at 4am. It's 4:30 now and I haven't gotten out of bed yet because I'm still foolishly hoping he'll fall back asleep.

I'm sorry you had a rough night.

Ours was pretty crappy too. DD refused her nap yesterday so, by bedtime, she was a mess. She fell straight to sleep - which she never does - but then woke up singing at 1am. I ignored her. Then she started whining. I ignored that too. At about 2am, she went back to sleep but she woke again af 2.30 and whined some more. By 3am, the whining had become crying so I went into her and she said her teeth hurt. I gave her medicine and milk, and she went back to sleep for ten mins or so - then started singing again! At around 4am, she went back to sleep and slept until 8.30am..... only DH got up for work at 6.30, waking me up in the process! I fell back to sleep while he got ready but he woke me up to say goodbye (why????). So all in all, I had 5.5 hours broken sleep. Grr.

Ugh, sorry to hear it :(

Rough here too... DS didn't like me cooking dinner and eventually bit my leg. Yelled at him and took him away. Then he kept throwing his dinner on the floor, so I took it away. Later on, he bit me again :(

I hate those nights. Sorry you're having s crappy night.

My LO is 4 days old and I'm painfully engorged. So I don't anticipate a lot of sleep but the night isn't bad yet.

DS went down easily at 8 pm so I thought I was in for an easy night. Then I had to take a call for work. Then DS woke up and wouldn't go back to sleep. My DH is whining because he wants to go to bed, but I have a sink full of dishes and bottles to load in the dishwasher. Then DS was all riled up and head butted me HARD in the nose and it's still throbbing. Ugh! Vent over. Anyone else have a rough night?
