Update: I did another four hours of walking today and no pain. Definitely drank a lot more water and stopped more often to just rest.

@babycanuck: Since your post was 10 hours ago I'm hoping you're feeling better by now. Just wanted to weigh in and say I had horrible one-sided cramps in early pregnancy with my daughter and it ended up being an ovarian cyst. The cramps would last between 20 minutes and an hour. The cyst burst when I was 10 weeks along and the sharp cramps went away after that. I still had regular milder pregnancy cramping but the "I feel like I just got stabbed" cramps were from the cyst.

Hoping you feel better!

I'm so sorry you are worried- I would probably go get checked out just to be safe, but like others have said it could very we'll be a cyst. My sister had a tubal pregnancy and she was doubled over, turned white, excruciating kind of pain.

@babycanuck: hugs! Of course I think you shults get checked out, but I did have something similar and it turns out I had a cyst. It took quite some time for it to go away! I had an egg release from both ovaries, so I had your normal CL cyst on one side and a larger cyst on my other side that aches and throbbed for *months*.

I'll be thinking of you!

How long have you had the pain? I had a ton of cramping from 4-8 weeks and one time it was VERY painful and very focused on my left side. Wrapped all the way around my back. I thought it was over for sure but never any spotting and it stopped after 30 minutes. Everything was fine though. I'm not sure what it was!

@babycanuck: I agree with others, it could totally be a cyst. I had the same issues and was rushed for an ultrasound.

For now, chug water and take it easy.

Like @MrsHansen82 said, it could be a cyst. I had the same pain you describe (on the right side) so I worried a lot as well! I had my first us at 7 weeks and my ob immediately diagnosed a corpus luteal cyst. He told me it's not that common but also harmless (and painful) and that it would disappear on its own during the pregnancy or during delivery at the latest. It did go away because there was no trace of it at my 12 week us, but I still have the occasional pains and cramps. I tell myself it's my growing uterus and it's part of the game. Try to rest and keep yourself hydrated, but don't hesitate to find a doctor if the worrying is getting to you! :goodluck:

If you're in that much pain, I would get checked out. It could also be a corpus luteal cyst. My doctor said it's very normal but if it bursts you need to get checked. From what I understand though it doesn't harm the pregnancy.

Being unable to walk sounds honestly quite concerning to me. If that's truly the case (and not just the kind of freak out we do when pregnant and scared), I'd go to an ER. A tubal pregnancy is no joke, you already know.

Hugs honey! There are so many weed twinges in pregnancy and some can be quite uncomfortable or painful. If you are bent over double or can't move from the pain I would go to ER and I would call the doc Monday if the pain persists. Don't panic though a lot of cramping can be normal. Thinking of ou and hoping all is well.

How much water did you get today? You could be a little dehydrated. I would take it easy and get a lot of rest and water tomorrow and see how you feel. There are a lot of weird feelings in early pregnancy, but I know IF can make you fear the worst. Thinking good thoughts for you!

I have a lot of discomfort on my left side/left ovary area. Enough that it's making me limp. I am a total pessimist after my loss so all that's going through my head is a tubal pregnancy...

I'm six weeks along
I did about four hours of walking today
I also went for a massage - he focused most of it in my shoulders but he did a bit on my lower back
I'm across the country so can't get to my RE
No spotting at all

Help me :crying:
