I would have been really uncomfortable in this situation. Jaime is really scary and I would not have let him take my documents. The longer the charade went on, the more uncomfortable, and frankly, scared, I would be.</p> <p>2. I am totally non-confrontational, so I probably would have done the same. Said I was going to the store, or for a walk, and just leave on the next bus. I would have done exactly as Nelson in this situation.</p> <p>3. It completely slipped my mind until now :)</p> <p>Part 3 tells the story of when Nelson was in T____ playing the role of Rogelio for Anabel, Rogelio's senile mother who doesn't know of his death. Jaime, Rogelio's brother, offers Nelson a large amount of money to stay for a week. He accepts, but becomes increasingly uncomfortable when he Jaime takes his documents and is vague about when he will return. Nelson also realizes that Jaime is much more of a tough guy than he initially realized. After a month, Nelson is fed up, packs his bags and decides to leave, documents or not. Mrs. Anabel sees him, and in her shock stumbles and falls. At this point Nelson goes for help, and this is the first time he meets The Narrator. They go to get some medicine in the town square, but upon seeing the bus departing, Nelson decides to hop on and return to his regular life in the Capital.</p> <p>1. How comfortable would you have been in the situation, especially given Jaime's sketch-factor?</p> <p>2. Would you have left in the same way as Nelson?</p> <p>3.
