Both took about 6 weeks for HCG to clear and have my cycle return. Hang in there. It was about 6 weeks for me after having a D&amp;c at 11 weeks. I never had betas so just based on cheapie tests. I think my OB had said up to 8 weeks maybe? That was around the time I got a true period, but you can definitely have weird spotting or bleeding while you go back to normal also. And you can ovulate and get your period once your hcg is lower but not yet zero. Definitely a waiting game. It’s been 5 weeks for me and last wk I think I got a light period but I’m still getting positive pregnancy tests. </p>
