I had lots of spotting so the OB was very cautious and told me not to get my hopes up too high. What's important isn't the number itself, but the fact that it increases, so try not to worry so much about the actual # (easier said than done, I know!) :) </p> <p>PS - I have a rambunctious 18 month old daughter now.
