It's usually combined with progesterone. I worked with an NA leading up to my cycle and I was on a pretty high dose of Ubiquinol to assist with improving egg quality and uterine receptivity. Also I was taking 2 different TCM teas.</p> <p>It sounds like they have everything covered with the MTHFR. You may want to pop into the IVF thread and see if any of the ladies there have heard of this protocol. I came back with MTHFR but that's it. I've taken all folic acid out of my diet, and take prenatals with methylfolate. And I'm on baby aspirin. Thanks for the reminder to ask my doctor about blood thinners when I talk to her tomorrow though! </p>
