Yeah, R has some that leave a mark so DH won't let me out those on her. I just ordered some 0-3 month ones on etsy. I hope they don't leave a mark.

Do the headbands ever leave red marks on your LOs heads? If so, does that mean it's too tight? All the headbands we have are too loose and slip down to K's eyes. FINALLY she could wear the smallest set I ordered (elastic) and it stays on! But we get to the party and everyone tells me it's on TOO TIGHT because it leaves some red marks around her head (it's elastic). But 2 days ago, the same headbands were sliding off. So I say as much, and I'm told "they grow so fast!" and made me feel guilty for putting on a headband too tight on her head. I mean, doesn't it have to be a little snug to stay on? Or what is your trick to keeping the headbands on the head without slipping and without leaving any marks?

Feels like such a waste since she's never even worn two of the three headbands in this size.
Has anyone re-sized their headbands too? I'm thinking of maybe just making them into hair clips. Or else it's such a waste.
