You will most likely either have to pay your portion beforehand or have them take out excess after (and most will want a prepay since they have no guarantee of your return post-baby.) What happens to you health insurance payments while you are away on maternity leave? My job isnt going to pay me while I am off, so what happens to my health insurance. Am I still supposed to make payments towards it? I know I have to call my insurance company up to find out their policy but just wondering what you ladies did </p>
