<description>&#60;p&#62;My LO is 6 months old! So I'm totally over maternity clothes, but still wearing them every day :(&#60;br /&#62;
My lunch is boring because we need to go to the grocery store but I packed a greek yogurt, baby carrots, almonds and raisins and a peanut butter and honey sandwich. Less food than I usually eat but I made it through the day. Healthy dinner and gym this evening I hope.&#60;br /&#62;
Biggest victory of the day is I didn't eat a single piece of halloween candy at work! Whoop whoop!&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;LOL at your poor DH not being able to use the treadmill. That's so awesome you have one. It's my dream to get one but we live on a second floor apartment so it's not currently an option.&#60;br /&#62;
I hear you on struggling to find time to exercise in the evenings. Similar situation here, and adding the baby in makes things tougher because I breastfeed twice in the evening, want to play with him, do bathtime, etc.&#60;br /&#62;
Morning workouts aren't an option currently either because he nurses around 5 30 ish and then again at 730 ish (and I'm out the door by 8 am).&#60;br /&#62;
There's just not enough time in the day but I'm trying!

&#60;p&#62;That's amazing that you exercised last night! I don't think I will have time to tonight, it's just so hard because I get home from work around 5:30, I get dinner ready, and DH gets home at 7:30. We eat, and fall asleep! ugh! Such a nasty routine....I really need to start waking my butt up early and getting on the treadmill in the morning. Oh I totally forgot to answer you before, but yes we have a treadmill in our basement, I loooove it! I just feel bad because DH can't use it! We have low/drop ceilings in our basement, and DH is 6'4&#34; so his head would completely hit the ceiling hahaha. I can use it just fine though! I'm short enough!

&#60;p&#62;I did manae to exercise for 30 minutes after LO went down last night. Just walking back and forth and doing some move with weights in my living room. Worked up a good sweat! I also did the unthinkable and tried on a pair of pre-preg jeans. I can squeeze into them. I can even button the button. But I can't zip and I have the worst muffin top of my life! I'm sick of wearing maternity jeans though so my goal is to be in regular jeans by Christmas!&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Packed a healthy lunch today (have to try not to eat it all by noon), and am avoiding the Halloween candy!!! Also didn't bring my thermos of coffee to work today. I had two cups at home before work and then cut myself off.

<description>&#60;p&#62;@cmomma17: Well yesterday I had a huge spinach salad for lunch. DH bought a 2 1/2 lb bag of spinach from Costco, so I need to try and be creative with it! :-)&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Today for breakfast a had a small bowl of cereal, and cashews for a snack. Then lunch I have 1/2 a Jimmy Johns sub leftover from DH yesterday....not the greatest, but oh well.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I'm making some Pork ribs and mashed potatoes for dinner tonight with corn.

I need to cut out the at work candy eating, I tried before and only made it three days.&#60;br /&#62;
I have tried my fitness pal. I had a good streak going (15 days maybe?) but then I had a bad day and quit. My DH has used my fitness pal and lost 30 pounds! He's looking good so I need to look good too! ;)&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I ate my healthy dinner - brown rice, sweet potato, peas and salsa. Random, but it's what we had! :) will try to exercise in the living room after LO is asleep later. I have some weights, can do jumping jacks, etc.

I never regretted my healthy eating and exercise in my TTC days and I had a wonderful pregnant with low weight gain and no issues!&#60;br /&#62;
What kind of veggies did you eat today?&#60;br /&#62;
do you have a treadmill at home? If so, you are soooo lucky and I'm jealous! ;) that's my dream!&#60;/p&#62;

<description>&#60;p&#62;@cmomma17:  I need to limit myself on sweets, for sure. I will eat all that I buy so I can't buy large bags for that reason. I over eat it too when I have it. Have you ever used MyFitnessPal? It helped for me to track my calories throughout the day. Are there light exercises you could do at home after LO goes to bed? Maybe walk at lunch at work? Do you work at a school (am I remembering right?)? Is there a gym there you could use? The smallest changes are a start!!

&#60;p&#62;I really want to get healthy to prepare my body for TTC. I'm not sure where on the timeline that is for DH and I, but if it happens to be tomorrow, I want to know that I'm in good health!!&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I plan on eating at least 1 salad a day to get in more veggies, and lower calorie meals over all. I also plan on trying to exercise more including going on the treadmill and workout DVDs. &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;My goal is to lose 50 lbs!&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Oh and DH are going to Mexico in May for a friends wedding! Soooo I want to look hott in a swimsuit!! I have NEVER felt comfortable in a swimsuit in my life, so I would to for the first time in my life! Plus.....I want to be a hot wife, :-)

I stress/emotional eat, I way over eat, I pig out on the candy bowl at work, I need to lose weight, tone up, etc. at work today someone asked if I'm pregnant again. I'm not :(. I also drink waaaay too much coffee! I really want to get healthier for my mental health as well as the physical. I have been pretty depressed lately.&#60;br /&#62;
My mini goal for tonight is to eat a healthy dinner and get some form of exercise. Tough since I'm home alone with LO after a full day at work, bedtime routine starts at 7 pm, and I'm nursing!&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;That's great you're doing cross fit! Could you maybe limit yourself to sweets once a week? Then you don't feel deprived? I found TTC and pregnancy to be pretty motivating, hopefully you will too!
