Salsa! I love salsa. I eat it all the time. On the Veggie chips (all different veggies) or on tortilla chips. Or pretty much on anything.

@Leialou: Healthy, schmealthy. I would eat some brie right. now. Forget the crackers-- it's going straight into my mouth! This is why I do not visit the cheese section at the grocery. ;)

Keep the ideas comin! I like the hummus idea. Allergic to bell peppers as well but I can do cucumber. and nuts! @looch: that sounds way too decadent to be healthy... !!

I love sliced bell peppers and hummus. We've been getting such good peppers lately. I wish I would have been proactive and had a real garden this year, but fortunately I have a few really nice acquaintances who gift us produce. We opted out of our CSA this year because the one closer to us stopped altogether, and the next closest one didn't work very well for us last year. I miss that stuff.

@mrs. wagon: Sorry, I can't help you. In my world, healthy and movies do NOT go together..... :-P We're going to the movies tonight and I was just debating w/ DH about which super unhealthy snacks we're going to indulge in.

Any ideas? We have an in-home date night tonight due to our babysitter cancelling on us, and we're gonna stop by Whole Foods to get some snacks to eat during our movie. And of course, a bottle of ice cold moscato.

I'm allergic to most fresh fruit unfortunately... debating dried fruit but that's pretty sugary.

Obviously, popcorn is already on the list! ;)
