I have it sometimes and don't even know it. Reflux would come up into my mouth during the night when I was asleep and make me choke. This was more towards the end though. It was after a spicy dinner, but I have never had a problem w/hot foods before and it wasn't a burning feeling. I went to sleep sitting up against a wall of pillows and started feeling better, then laid down in the middle of the night and felt fine. I'm wondering if I should expect this more often as this baby ripens and also what I should google for advice! </p>
