When we try to put her down she just wails. It's been over an hour since DH started trying, and I tried for 1/2 an hour before that. Should she have worn herself out yet? The only way she doesn't wail is if we are right next to her.<br /> Any advice? We're in an apartment so CIO is very limited. </p>
