I've had meatballs and cabbage rolls like that that still stay a little pink inside. But if they are HOT, they i would say they are cooked. Do they have a raw texture to them? Are these cabbage rolls made with a tomato sauce in the beef mixture? We cooked the two hours last night and they are STILL pink (from refrigerated, not frozen. I just nuked them and still pink...are they safe to eat? I never make these myself so I don't know what is normal :( </p>
