I didn't have a ton of time to cook since I'm busy with DD, and her DS1 has a severe dairy allergy, so stuff I typically make new moms (lasagna, pot pie, casseroles) were out of the question, So I made some crock pot meals for her. I was really happy with how well they turned out and how easily they came together. I made chili and beef stew. </p> <p>In both cases I seared the meat, onions and spices and just threw that, and all the other ingredients (uncooked) into ziplock bags and laid flat to freeze.
